Code 1: Candidates appearing or awaiting the class 12th are eligible to appear for NEET, but they need to produce the relevant documents at the time of admissions in AFMC MBBS.
Code 2: Those studying in the higher/senior secondary examination or ISC (ISC) that is equivalent to class 12th exam and comes after a period of 12 years of study are eligible under this code. The last two years must include science subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and Mathematics or any other elective subjects with English (core subject). Those who have passed class 10+2 in 2020 or before and have not pursued any other course after completing class 12th will have to choose this code.
Code 3: Candidates who have appeared for intermediate/pre-degree examination in Science with Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Biotechnology, and English as core subjects can select this code. Also, those who have completed the qualifying examination can go for this code.
Code 4: Those who have completed and passed the pre-medical/pre-professional exam after qualifying in HSC can choose this code. The qualifying examination must also include Science practice tests.
Code 5: Candidates completing three years of bachelor’s degree with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as main subjects and have qualified the first year with practical tests are eligible to apply for this code. They are also required to pass 10+2 to apply under this code.
Code 6: Those who have a B.Sc degree with at least two subjects – Chemistry, Physics, Biology (Botany/Zoology), and Biotechnology can choose this code. Along with that, the candidates are also required to pass class 12th with PCB and English.
Code 7: Candidates who have passed any examination equivalent to the intermediate examination of any Indian University with Physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology, and English must select this code. The qualifying last two years should include Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and practice tests.
