November 17, 2024The Indian Air Force (IAF) released a detailed notification on its official website for Indian Agneepath Air Force recruitment for Agniveer Vayu Intake of 01/2024. Unmarried male Indian citizens born between June 27, 2003 and December 27, 2006 are eligible to apply for this recruitment. The selection process comprises of online written test, physical fitness test (PFT), document verification, adaptability test, and medical verification.
Candidates need to clear all the phases of the selection process to become a part of Agniveer. The salary for Agniveers will be around Rs. 4.76 lakhs per annum in the first year and about Rs. 6.92 lakhs per year in the final year. The Indian Force will offer adequate training for the selected candidates. These candidates will be trained in all major areas to be efficient enough to help the force whenever needed. The IAF recruits candidates under the Agniveer scheme only for a tenure of 4 years. Post that, the authorities will conduct an assessment, and out of the total, only 25% who clear all the standards will be inducted into the IAF permanently.
