AMUEEE Counselling 2022

Candidates whose name is mentioned in the Merit List will be called for counselling. The AMUEEE Counselling will be held in offline mode only. Candidates must report to their respective centres as mentioned in their AMUEEE Scorecard. Candidates must bring certain documents in order to appear for AMUEEE Counselling, and those documents are listed below:

• Two Oath Commissioner’s Affidavits on plain paper – one on the candidate’s behalf and the other on behalf of the candidate’s parents/guardian (regarding not-indulgence in ragging).
• Ten (2.5 x 3.0 cm) recent colour photographs with a white background.
• Migration/Transfer/Character certificate from the institution last attended.
• 10th/12th school or its equivalent examination certificate to prove date of birth.
• Marks sheet/grade sheet of 12th class or equivalent qualifying test (along with four self-attested photocopies)
• Four self-addressed envelopes with postage stamps of Rs. 22 each (to be submitted in the Office of the Provost of Hall of Residence/NRSC allotted).
• Certificates proving special categories claim in the AMUEEE application form.
• Admission fee payment at the Cash Counter of the admission Venue either in Cash or through Bank Demand Draft (DD) from a Nationalized Bank. DD should be made in favour of the Finance Officer, AMU, Aligarh, payable at Aligarh.

AMUEEE Seat Allotment

During the counselling process, candidates will be allotted seats according to their AMUEEE Rank. The officials will notify candidates through SMS or Email regarding AMUEEE seat allotment. Candidates must appear physically during the seat allotment process.
