AP ECET Counselling 2023

The AP ECET 2023 was organised online from July 14, 2023. In the counselling regimen, it is to be noted that only the candidates who have secured a minimum of 25% aggregate marks, i.e., 50 marks out of 200 marks, will be eligible to participate in the AP ECET exam 2023 counselling. However, there will be no minimum qualifying marks for candidates in the SC and ST categories.

Candidates can register for AP ECET counselling 2023 by clicking on the ‘Candidate Registration’ available on the home page of the official website. They must fill in their details like name, date of birth and hall ticket number to complete the AP ECET online registration 2023.

AP ECET Counselling Fee Payment

The AP ECET fee payment is the first step of the admission process. Candidates can pay the processing fees only online, i.e. credit card, debit card, or net banking. Detailed steps to pay AP ECET counselling processing fees are provided below:

• Memorandum of Marks (all three years for diploma holders and all two years for pharmacy)
• Provisional Diploma Certificate.

• Study Certificate from IV to Diploma
• Residence Certificate for Preceding 7 Years of the Qualifying Examination, i.e. Diploma.
• Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of Father/Mother

Document Verification

Candidates other than those belonging to NCC and Sports Category can get their certificates verified online. Those belonging to the above-mentioned categories will have to attend the physical verification of certificates. If the certificates uploaded by the candidates get rejected for any reason, they can re-upload their documents within the specified date.

AP ECET Option Entry/ Web Options

Candidates can exercise the web options after successful registration, application fee payment, and document verification. They can log in using their hall ticket number and date of birth and fill in their choices online. It should be noted that the choices must be filled in the order of preference of colleges and courses. The candidates also get an option to change their preferences after submitting their choices.

AP ECET 2023 Seat Allotment

Candidates can download their allotment letter by logging in using the “Candidate Login” option, and they will have to self-report through an online process. The authorities prepare the seat allotment list based on the factors like All India Rank obtained by the candidates on the AP ECET 2023 exam, the total number of available seats and the preferences filled in by the candidates at the time of option entry.

Later, the candidates must report to the college allotted to them on a specific date. Suppose a candidate fails to report to the allotted college on the stipulated date. In that case, their candidature will be cancelled, and they will not be eligible to participate in any further AP ECET exam counselling rounds.

• The candidates who have studied IT and CSC will be given preference for admission into the courses in Information Technology (IT) and Computer Science and Engineering (CSC).
• The candidates who have passed in Diploma in Textile Technology (Design and Manufacturing) and Textile Technology (Knitting) will be given preference for admission into the UG course in Textile Technology.
• The candidates who have secured the Diploma in Bio-Technology will be given preference for admission into the UG courses in Bio-Technology.
• The candidates who have secured a BSc degree will be given preference for admission only after filling all branches of Diploma holders.
