BITSAT Counselling 2025: The Birla Institute of Technology and Science will announce the BITSAT 2025 Results on the official website- www.bitsadmission.com 2025. BITSAT 2025 Phase 1 application process started on January 21, 2025, and will continue until April 18, 2025. BITSAT 2025 will be conducted in two sessions: Session 1 will take place from May 26 to May 30, 2025, and Session 2 will be held from June 22 to June 26, 2025.

BITSAT Counselling 2025

The BITSAT counselling, as well as the seat allotment procedure, will be conducted online. The BITSAT counselling application form will be available on the official website of BITSAT after the exam. Therefore, eligible candidates need to fill out the application form on time.

The BITSAT 2025 counselling and seat allotment procedure will be conducted based on the following eligibility criteria:

• Candidates’ preferences are selected during registration.
• Performance in BITSAT 2025.

BITS Pilani provides direct admission to first rankers of all the central and state boards to the programmes of their choice, irrespective of their BITSAT scores. However, they should have a minimum of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in their Class 12 examination. The aggregate marks must include Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, apart from the other subjects considered by the board, to pass the 12th exam.

Steps to Register for BITSAT Counselling 2025

BITS Pilani will conduct the BITSAT counselling 2025. To participate in the BITSAT counselling process, candidates must register and fill up an application form. BITSAT counselling will be conducted at all the 3 campuses – BITS Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad.
The registration process for BITSAT 2025 counselling is explained below:

Personal Details

While filling out the admission application form for BITSAT counselling, candidates must fill in their personal details like name, mobile number, email ID, etc.

BITSAT Counselling Fee Payment

In this stage, candidates must make the BITSAT counselling fees payment online (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline (challan). In the offline mode, candidates can pay the fee at any ICICI bank branch in India.

Submission of Class 12 Exam Details

The candidates awaiting their Class 12 results can fill the sections of the application form except for Class 12 details. They can revisit the website once they have the information and fill up the same.

Filling Order of Preference

Candidates have to indicate their order of programme preferences available at different BITS campuses. They must remember that no changes will be permitted once the details are submitted. Therefore, they must carefully submit the right information about the order of preferences.

Uploading Scanned Copies

Candidates must upload the necessary supporting documents along with their application form before submitting it. Candidates must upload scanned images of signature and photograph in the required format. Candidates must now click on the “Submit” option to complete the process.

Admission Fees of BITS Counselling

Candidates must pay a non-refundable amount of INR 1000/- online as a BITSAT counselling application fee. They can pay the BITS Pilani fees via credit card/debit card/net banking or e-challan. Candidates must also send the receipt of the application fee payment along with the printout of the BITSAT application form.
Any candidate willing to pay the application fee offline can do so at the ICICI bank using payslips and depositing the fee in cash. It is recommended that the candidates safeguard payment receipts from the bank for future reference.

Candidates must upload and submit copies of the following documents as prerequisites to the BITSAT counselling procedure. Candidates need not upload the originals of the documents. Please check the list below:

BITSAT 2025 Seat Allotment

The seat allotment of BITSAT 2025 is also known as iteration. Registered candidates will be able to check their seat allotment status online. The registered candidates who are not allotted seats in the iteration round will be included on the waiting list.

• 2nd Step: Enter user ID and password as prompted.

Factors That Influence the BITSAT Seat Allotment Process

Please note that there will be 6 to 7 rounds of seat allotment by the authorities. The seat allotment for every round will depend on some factors, such as:

• The number of seats available on the campuses.
• The number of seats available in the respective courses.
• Marks scored in the 10+2 examination.
• The number of withdrawals and non-reporting candidates.
• BITSAT 2025 rank of the candidate.
• The number of seats remaining after completion of each round of counselling.

Reporting at the Allotted Institutes

Selected candidates must report to the allotted institutes to confirm their admission. The authorities will complete their document verification process. After completing the required formalities, candidates can get confirmation on their seat allotment. Candidates must pay the fee for the same.

BITSAT 2025 Counselling Iteration Results

BITS Pilani will release BITSAT 2025 iteration results on its official website. BITS would do the BITSAT seat allotment 2025 through 7 iteration rounds. The candidates will be assigned a seat based on their preferences, availability of seats, BITSAT score, and other factors.

The iteration result shall include an admission list and a waitlist for candidates. The BITSAT admission list is for candidates who are selected and can avail of the seats, whereas the BITSAT waiting list is for those who are likely to secure a seat in any BITS institute.
