BITSAT Test Centres Allotment 2025

The exam centre for BITSAT seat allocation is entirely at the discretion of the BITS administrators, but only a few criteria impact the selection.

The number of BITSAT test centres the candidates can choose depends on a few factors. 

• During the application process, the candidate will be offered the option of selecting one of three cities (in order of preference) as their exam location.
• Candidates who apply for Kathmandu as a BITSAT centre can choose from two additional BITSAT centres in India.
• If a candidate selects Dubai as a centre, They will not be asked to select another centre and be assigned to the Dubai centre only.

The number of candidates applying in a specific city depends on the following factors.

• If a city’s candidate quote is full, any candidates who registered after the deadline will be assigned to their second choice of exam centres.
• If the institute cannot allocate the candidate’s desired centre, they will be assigned to one of the BITS Pilani, Goa, or Hyderabad campuses.

Allotment of BITSAT Exam Centre 2025

• BITS can allot any test centre in India irrespective of the preferences made by the candidate.

BITS Pilani is the conducting authority of the BITSAT slot booking process. Candidates can book their preferred slots for the exams by visiting the official website and providing their application numbers and passwords. BITSAT Exam Centre 2025: Admit Card

The BITSAT admit card is only provided on the official website of BITSAT. Candidates must enter the login credentials, including the registration number and the date of birth, to download their BITSAT hall ticket.

The BITS Pilani allots the exam centre, and all the relevant details are mentioned on the admit card. Candidates must report on time to the allocated exam centre on the respective exam date along with the hard copy of the admit card. If any candidate fails to produce the admit card, they are not allowed to appear for the exam.

BITSAT Exam Day Instructions 2025

Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) has set some basic BITSAT exam day instructions for 2025. Candidates can go through the below-mentioned points to know the exam day instructions of BITSAT 2025:

1. Each candidate must bring their BITSAT admit card to the exam centre.
2. Along with the BITSAT 2025 Hall Ticket, valid identification documents are necessary.
3. Arrive at the exam centre well in advance (Preferably an hour before the commencement of the examination).
4. Candidates must sit only on the designated seat in the exam hall.
5. Anyone taking the test at one of the BITS campuses in Pilani, Goa, or Hyderabad may stay in a hostel for a little fee.
6. The BITSAT 2025 exam centres are all monitored by webcams and CCTVs.
7. Examining authorities would extensively examine candidates’ identities.
8. If candidates carry mobile phones, digital calculators, pagers, textbooks, and other prohibited items, they will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
9. Candidates should notify the exam invigilators in the room right away if there is a system issue.
10. Before leaving the exam room, the rough must be completed on the sheet given there and turned in to the invigilator.
11. Wait until the test is over before leaving the room.
12. Immediately following the end of the BITSAT exam, the system clock will shut off automatically.
