Can I apply for an internship at IISc through KVPY fellowship? If yes, how?

KVPY fellows are encouraged to use the ‘To Whom It May Concern’ letter they receive (when they get their fellowship offer letter for the first time) to apply for internships. Other than that, IISc has no special entry for internship through KVPY.

As you are in Mech Engg, you must have foregone your KVPY fellowship. If you have retained the letter, I guess you can use it. (Please ask permission from/notify KVPY before doing so.) Alternately, you can mention that you were selected as a KVPY fellow while applying. It may carry some weight but that depends on the professor.
