Students appearing for the final exam of CBSE Class 9 Maths in 2024 are required to know the general instructions with respect to sample papers. The sample question paper provided here is prepared on the basis of the previous year’s question paper, the current year’s syllabus, exam pattern, etc.

• The total duration of CBSE class 9 Maths paper is 180 minutes (3 hrs).
• Total marks allotted for CBSE Class 9 Maths paper is 80. 
• A total of 30 questions will be asked in the CBSE Sample Papers for Class 9 Maths.
• All the questions asked in the CBSE class 9 maths paper are compulsory. Students have no overall choice in the paper. However, the students are provided with the internal choice in some questions. In such questions, the students have the liberty to attempt only one question.
