About Chhattisgarh Board Examination 2024

The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) is an educational board in Chhattisgarh, India, functioning as a state agency under the Government of Chhattisgarh. It holds the responsibility of fostering and enhancing secondary education in the region. Since 2002, the board has been conducting independent examinations for High School, Higher Secondary, and Diploma Courses.

CGBSE administers Class 10 and Class 12 examinations every year in March, with the results being declared by the end of May. The examinations cater to regular, self-study, and correspondence students. For Class 10, the board conducts the High School Leaving Certificate exam, while for Class 12, it conducts the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate exam. Additionally, there’s a Higher Secondary (Professional) School Leaving Certificate exam for specific subjects, and Diploma courses in Education and Physical Education available in regular and correspondence modes.
