• Chest – 80 to 85 cm (minimum expansion 5 cm)

CISF Syllabus and Exam Pattern for Assistant Commandant (EXE)

The UPSC conducts the CISF Assistant Commandant (EXE). The selection procedure will have a written test and consists of two papers:

• Paper 1 – General Ability and Intelligence and Professional Skill
• Paper 2 – Essay, Precis Writing and Comprehension

1. Essay: Candidates need to write an essay on topics related to modern Indian history and analytical ability. The medium of the essay can be English or Hindi.
