CTET Paper 2 Eligibility Criteria: Revised

To appear for CTET Paper 2 exam, candidates must be a graduate. Along with that, they must complete, or they can be in the final year of their two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
Candidates must have at least 50% marks in graduation. Along with that, they must qualify for a one-year Bachelor in Education. The appearing candidates can also apply for the exam.
If any candidate has 45% marks in graduation along with this certificate of one-year Bachelor in Education can apply for the exam according to NCTE regulations.
Candidates who have passed or appeared for the last year of B.A or B.Sc. exam or B.A Ed or B.Sc. Ed exams can also apply to the CTET Paper 2. But they must score 50% in their senior secondary or equivalent exam.
Graduates with 50% marks and a one-year B.Ed in Special Education can also appear for the exam.
