CUET Registration 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is the exam conducting authority of the Common University Entrance Test 2024 (CUET 2024). NTA started the submission of the CUET 2024 registration form on February 27, 2024, and, the last date to register for CUET 2024 online and submit the application fee is March 27, 2024, up to 11:50 p.m. Apart from the CUET registration, NTA will also activate the correction window from March 28 to 29, 2024.

Important details such as the Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name or Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, and Choice of University can be changed by the candidate. CUET UG Registration 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must understand that they can apply for CUCET only when they meet the eligibility criteria. Eligibility criteria specify the minimum age, educational qualification, and nationality requirements. The CUET 2024 eligibility criteria are as follows:

1. The candidates applying for the UG program of the university must have passed 10+2 (or appearing for 10+2) in relevant subjects from a recognised board with 50% marks for the General and 45% marks for the SC/ST candidates.
2. The candidates must have passed their intermediate exam with the subjects they have applied for. 
3. The candidates must be citizens of India.
4. There is no age limit to apply for CUET UG 2024.

The candidates need to keep the below-mentioned details ready before filling out the CUET 2024 application form:

1. Email ID

6. Keep a ATM-cum-Debit Card / Credit Card / Net banking / UPI (only for online payment)

Steps to Register for CUET 2024

The candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria for CUET registration will be able to fill out the application form online. Candidates must systematically complete the application form, and they are required to enter the correct information only. The steps to fill out the application form have been described below:

1^st Step: CUET Registration 2024

• 1st Step: Visit the university’s official website, viz. https://cuet.samarth.ac.in or https://cuetug.ntaonline.in.
• 2nd Step: Click ‘New Candidate Register Here’ to begin the registration process.
• 3rd Step: Read the instructions given and select ‘Click here to proceed’.
• 4th Step: Check all the boxes related to the ‘Login’ and ‘Identification’ and login accordingly.
• 5th Step: The new registration form will appear on the screen, wherein you must fill in your personaldetails and address and create your password.
• 6th Step: Once done, click on ‘Save and proceed’.

2^nd Step: Filling out the CUET Application Form 2024

• 1st Step: The CUCET registration form will appear on the screen post-registration. Check the screenshot below.
• 2nd Step: Provide personal, academic, and communication details and details about the preferred course and exam centre locations required by the application form.
• 3rd Step: You must fill in your elaborate educational details next. Fill in the current qualification and choose the examination date available in the dropdown. You must keep all your documents ready to fill out the form easily.
• 4th Step: Click ‘save and proceed’ to move to the next step.

3^rd Step: Upload Documents and Choose Exam Centre

In this step, you have to upload your scanned photo in .jpg format and your scanned signature in the .jpg format.

4^th Step: Preview and Edit of CUET Application Form 

Once the candidates complete the CUET 2024 registration form 2024, they can preview the details and edit in case required. 

5^th Step: Final Submission and Payment of Fee 

All registered candidates need to pay an application fee depending on the total number of subjects selected and the category. The candidates in the SC/ST category must pay an amount of ₹650 if they choose up to three subjects. However, if they choose up to 7 subjects, they must pay ₹1300. Once the CUET registration fee has been paid, candidates will see that all the steps will show as completed, and you can download the confirmation page, which is very important for future use.

The authorities will reject the candidate’s application form if the photograph or signature is unclear. 

CUET 2024 Registration: Correction Window

The authority provides the correction facility to the candidates who have registered for the entrance exam. The candidates can make changes or edit the details in the CUCET registration form. They will be able to edit the below-mentioned fields:

• Candidate Name or Father Name or Mother Name
• Photograph
• Signature
• Details Mentioned in Class X/XII certificates
• Exam Centre City Selection (all 4 preferences)

CUCET Registration 2024: Important Instructions
