The selection process for ESIC Stenographer posts consists of the following stages:
Candidates have to pass the Mains examination to be called for the skill test in Stenography. Furthermore, the marks of the Mains exam will be considered for making the final selection list. The skill test is qualifying in nature, and the marks of the skill test are not considered for preparing the final selection list.
