ESIC UDC Preliminary Exam Salary 2023: Employees’ State Insurance Corporation holds the ESIC UDC Exam to select candidates for the position of Upper Division Clerk. Depending on the number of years of service after a candidate is hired as an ESIC UDC Officer, there are specific opportunities for promotion and career growth. Following is the hierarchy of positions along which promotion occurs:
Upper Division Clerk—>Assistant—>Social Security Assistant
Candidates chosen as ESIC UDCs are eligible for promotion to the position of Assistant with an initial Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200 after three years of service. Employees become eligible for the position of Social Security Officer after the subsequent three years, with a starting grade pay of Rs. 4,600.
