GCET 2023 Result (Released): Check Goa CET Scorecard
The Goa Common Entrance Test or GCET 2023 results have been released online on May 17, 2023. The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa, conducted the GCET 2023 exam on May 13 and 14, 2023. It is a state-level entrance exam conducted for students looking to enrol in one of the many available UG Pharmacy or Engineering programmes. Shortlisted candidates will get admission to several participating public and private institutions around Goa through counselling.
The authority does not send scorecards to candidates individually through postal mail or any offline mode. Please note that from 2024 the GCET exam will not be conducted. To get admission, engineering and pharmacy students will have to appear for the JEE Main or NEET exams.

3rd Step: The GCET result PDF will open. Press Ctrl+F to check the result roll number-wise.

Tie Resolution in GCET 2023 Results
In the GCET 2023 exams, if two or more candidates get the same score and the same rank, then the following tie-breaking criteria will be exercised:
Candidates who score high in Mathematics will be given the first preference.
If two or more candidates score the same in Mathematics, then the Chemistry scores will act as a tie-breaker.
If there is still a tie, then the candidate with more aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics will be preferred.
If all the above steps doest break the tie, then the candidate with higher marks in Class 12 Mathematics will get the advantage.
At last, if all the above fails, then the candidate whose age is greater will be given preference in the merit list.
GCET Counselling 2023
Based on their performance in the exam, candidates will be shortlisted for the final selection process, which is the GCETcounselling process. Candidates will be required to register themselves by filling out a separate counselling form which will commence from August 2023 (tentatively). They will be called for the counselling procedure based on their ranks, performance in each section, available seats, and seat preference.
