Candidates are required to get their documents verified. This is part of the registration process. As the GUJCET counselling process will be online, candidates must upload the required documents. Once the documents are verified and found in order, candidates will become eligible to fill and lock their choices of the institute and courses. Let us look at the documents the authorities require for successful verification.
Documents Required for Verification
Candidates have to log in to the ACPC candidate portal using their user ID and password to fill in their preferred choices of the colleges and the courses they want to study.
To increase the chances of admission, candidates are advised to fill in the maximum number of their choices. Also, make sure to enter only the names of participating colleges. Please note that the candidates will only be able to fill their choices for a certain time period as per the GUJCET Counselling schedule directed by the authorities.
Based on the following factors, students will be allotted a seat in one of the participating colleges of GUJCET.
Candidates can view their status by logging in to their accounts from the official website. If candidates want to confirm their admission, they will be required to pay the fee through the designated bank or online. The payment is mandatory to confirm your seat in the GUJCET 2025 Counselling process.
If a candidate wishes to withdraw their allotted admission, they can do so within the allotted dates and will be provided with a refund of token tuition fees. Students whose admission has been confirmed have to report either offline or online at the institute.
