GUJCET Reservation Criteria 2025
Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) offers reservations to all the special categories according to the policies of the Gujarat state. If the candidate belongs to the reserved category and meets the respective criteria then they shall be allowed to have the reserved seat for admission.
After the announcement of the GUJCET result, candidates will need to take part in the counselling session. During the procedure of counselling, candidates will be asked to produce certain documents for verification. Reserved category candidates will have to submit the category certificate also. GUJCET Reservation Criteria 2025: Highlights

Candidates who have applied for admission under the reserved category will have to produce the certificate for the same.
Candidates belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) will have to produce a certificate stating their non-inclusion in Creamy Layer, with a category certificate.
The category certificate or the non-inclusion in Creamy Layer certificate will not be considered unless it is signed, stamped and issued by the Government of Gujarat.
Candidates with a disability will need to submit their disability certificate issued and signed by the Gujarat Government authorities.
Candidates applying for admission under the Ex-Serviceman category will have to submit a certificate issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board, Gujarat or by the District Sainik Welfare Officer.
If a candidate fails to bring the documents within the allotted time, they will be considered an unreserved category.
In case a candidate submits a fake certificate or the certificates are found invalid during the document verification process, the candidate will not be allowed admission through reservation.
If the candidate has been allotted under the reservation and is found that the category certificates are invalid, his/her reservation shall be cancelled.
After all the reserved candidates are allotted seats and the reserved seats still remain vacant, the seats will be transformed into unreserved categories.

GUJCET Reservation Criteria 2025: Application Form
Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) released the application form on January 2025 (tentative), on the official website. The last date to fill out the online application form was February 2025 (tentative). 1st Step: New User Registration
The candidates must visit the official website and select the program from the drop-down list. On the new screen enter the date of birth, 14 digit PIN, user-id, and roll number to begin the registration process.

3rd Step: Registration Confirmation PagePrint-out
The candidates will be directed to the registration confirmation page to analyse the entered details. In this step, aspirants can make changes or edit the details in the application form. Take the print of the page for further reference.
4th Step: Registration at Help Centre
After filling in the details, candidates will be required to confirm their registration at the help centre. The aspirants must carry two copies of the registration details and a self-attested copy of the relevant documents.
5th Step: Verification of Details
The officials will verify the details provided by the candidate and issue a registration slip. The slip will be signed and sealed by the authority.
