Haryana Board has set some criteria that a student needs to meet to appear for the HBSE 12th exams. Students must fulfil the following requirements to be eligible to appear for HBSE class 12th exams:
Students must have passed Class 11.
They must have studied in an institute/school affiliated with HBSE.
Students whose application has been accepted by HBSE and who have received their admit card can only appear for HBSE 12th exams.
They must have passed the English subject compulsorily in the secondary examination.

Haryana Board Class 12 Application Process 2024
HBSE class 12 registration 2024 commenced on October 24, 2023. The last date to complete the HBSE class 12th registration process without any late fee was November 14, 2023.
How to Apply for HBSE 12th Board Examination?
Step 1: First, students must visit the official website of the HBSE 12th board, i.e. bseh.org.in.
Step 2: click on the “Online Registration for School Students & Private Students” link under the “Announcements” section.
Step 3: a new window will open on your screen, asking for your Username and Password.
Step 4: Enter all the required credentials and then click on the Submit button.
Step 5: Now, complete filling out the Haryana Board 12th Registration form carefully without making mistakes.
Step 6: Next, upload your updated photo and signature of the size mentioned in the registration form.
Step 7: After completing the Haryana Board Class 12 Registration Form process, download and save the registration form for future reference.

Do not forget to pay the fee, or else your application will not be accepted.
Payment should be made using the challan generated by the online portal.
Keep in mind that the payment should be made according to the declaration made by the HBSE board.

Board of School Education, Haryana has released the HBSE syllabus of class 12 for the academic year 2023-24. We have provided the HBSE Class 12 exam pattern in this section.

HBSE Class 12 exam includes both theory and practical exams.
The board mentioned exam time for the exam is 2.5 hours, and each student will be required to complete their exam in the given 2.5 hours only, and no further time will be provided to the students.
All the questions in the exam will be from the prescribed HBSE board.
Each paper is of a total of 100 marks.
Each student must pass both theory and practical exams to qualify for the exam.
The minimum marks required to pass the HBSE class 12 exam is 33%.

Haryana Board Class 12 Exam Day Guidelines 2023
Students who will take the Haryana Board Class 12 exam must ensure that they follow the exam day guidelines thoroughly. These rules are important for students. Here are the guidelines to follow:
Students must carry their Haryana Board Class 12 admit card with them on the day of the exams to the exam centre.
Make sure to not indulge in any unfair means like cheating during the exam.
It is advisable to carry items like map stencils, log tables and trigonometry tables to the exam centre.
No electronic devices, smart watches or Bluetooth devices must be carried to the exam centre.
Students must reach the exam centre an hour before the scheduled time of the exam.
Haryana Board Class 12 Science stream students must carry colour pencils with them for exam purposes.
No student must be arriving late to the exam centre. If any student arrives late, they will not be allowed to take the exams.
