1. Students can apply for the re-evaluation of only theory papers.
2. The student must have secured a minimum of 20% marks in the paper which he/she intends to submit for re-evaluation.
3. Students must apply for rechecking within 30 days of the declaration of the HPBOSE SOS Class 12 result.
4. The marks/scores obtained after the re-evaluation of the paper(s) will replace the original scores in the scorecard.
5. If you are not satisfied after the re-evaluation/rechecking, you can apply for accessing a copy of the answer sheet within 15 days of re-evaluation. Students can then check for any mistake in totaling of marks or any unmarked question and inform the authorities of the same within 15 days of receiving these copies. The Secretary/ Re-evaluation branch will rectify the same.

Students who could not clear any of the subjects will have to appear for the compartment/improvement exam. HP Board conducts compartment exams to give students another chance to pass the exam. HP Board will conduct the HPBOSE 12th compartmental exams in the month of July 2022 (tentative).
