The Haryana Board of School Education (BSEH) hires qualified teachers for the following positions:

HTET Primary Teacher Salary Structure

The pay grade varies according to the qualified candidates’ post or job profile, teacher eligibility, school administration, and job experience. The complete level-wise salary according to the 7th pay commission is listed below:

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed senior secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and cleared or appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with NCTE regulation.
• The candidate should have passed senior secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with NCTE regulations.
• The candidate should have passed senior secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or will be appearing in the final year of the four years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• The candidate must have completed or be in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Education (Special education) and have received at least 50% of the marks in senior secondary (or its equivalent).
• The candidate must have completed high school and passed or be in the last year of a two-year Elementary Education Diploma (by whatever name known). The candidate must have completed graduation with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects or Senior Secondary/Graduation/Post-Graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects.

Number of Attempts

There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take the HTET examination for any level. Candidates only need to check the age limit before applying for the test.

The officials release the application form online on its official website. Candidates need to visit the official website to apply for the exam. The following are the step-by-step procedure to fill the HTET application form:

• Visit the official website at haryanatet.in.
• Click on the “Registration / Login” button.
• Click on the “Apply Now” button.
• Read the instruction and click on the “Proceed” button.
• Select the exam level as PRT.
• Fill in basic personal details to generate the application number and password.
• Then, proceed to fill the application form by entering details like communication and permanent address, educational qualification details, etc.
• Upload the scanned copies of passport size colour photograph, signature, and thumb impression in the prescribed format.
• Proceed to pay the application fee online.
• Lastly, download and save the completed application form for future reference.

The Board of School Education Haryana reserves the right to create an examination centre anywhere in the State of Haryana as well as outside Haryana. However, efforts will be made by the Board to allocate examination centres within the home district.

No applicant will be authorised to appear at the centre other than that which has been assigned to him or her. Furthermore, no request for a change of centre will be entertained under any circumstances. If a candidate unlawfully appears from a centre other than the one allotted, his or her candidature will be rejected outright, and the result quashed without any further communication with him or her.

• Pedagogical study is very important in the HTET Primary Teacher Exam Syllabus 2022. Hence, applicants should carefully review all of the pedagogic questions. Don’t be frightened if some of the questions seem to be difficult.
• The key to learning mathematical principles and equations is consistent practice. Solve mathematical problems on a regular basis and develop shortcuts to speed up the process. Always remember that practice is the secret to success.
• NCERT books are helpful in preparing for the HTET. Thus, read all NCERT books and take notes on what you’ve learned so far.
• Make a note of historical events so you can easily recall the order of events that took place.
• All candidates should be honest with themselves while preparing for the exam. Passing the HTET exam is not simple, but it is possible. You should approach it with positivity and complete preparation.
• Always remember that “nothing is impossible”. You now have a lot of time to prepare for the exam. So, avoid negative thinking and make the best use of this time.
• Prepare 3 to 4 pages notes for each subject in which you can list all of the important points. You can include important formulas, suggestions, and other material to help you in.
• Completing the question paper in the lowest amount of time necessary. It will come in handy on the day of the exam when you need to quickly review the entire subject.
• Try to speed up your problem-solving skills because you will have to answer many questions in a limited amount of time.
• It is recommended that you must solve as many previous year’s question papers and sample papers as possible.
• There is no restriction to learning. Preparation by only adhering to the syllabus will not help you to pass HTET with a high score. Also, do not overload yourself with information that isn’t relevant to the exam.
• As there is no negative marking, all questions can be attempted.

The Board of School Education Haryana released the HTET PRT admit card online on November 26, 2022, at its official website. Candidates who applied for the exam can download their hall tickets at haryanatet.in. Furthermore, they need to enter their login credentials to download the hall tickets.

Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination centre unless they bring their admit cards. Carefully read all the instructions given on the admit card and follow them during the examination.

The officials published the answer key of PRT. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check the answer key on the official website. The answer key contains correct answers to all the questions. Thus, candidates can use it to calculate their scores. Furthermore, they can also challenge the tentative answer key by paying Rs. 1000/- per question or answer. After receiving and verifying all the challenges, BSEH publishes the final answer key.

The Board of School Education Haryana announced the PRT result on December 19, 2022. Candidates can check their result status on the official website.
