IB Security Assistant Job Profile
According to the IB Security Assistant job description, applicants are expected to perform a variety of tasks and share responsibilities as assigned by their superiors. The main responsibility of the Assistant is to help the Security Officer in gathering information about law and order problems. IB Security Educational Qualification
The job applicants must have completed matriculation (10th) or equivalent courses from a recognised board of education.
Candidates must know any one of the local spoken languages as per the requirement of the post so that they can read/write/communicate in the prevalent languages.
Acceptable work experience – Field experience in Intelligence work.
Also (only for SA/MT);
(i) Candidates must possess a valid driving license for Motor Cars (LMV) issued by the competent authority;
(ii) They must have knowledge of Motor Mechanisms (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle), and
(iii) Experience driving a Motor Car for at least one year after obtaining a valid driving license.
IB Security Number of Attempts
The number of attempts for the Security Assistant or MTS examination is unlimited. However, applicants must meet the age limit and other criteria to apply. If they fail to fulfil any of the criteria, they will not be able to attempt the test.
IB Security Language Proficiency
The Intelligence Bureau Security Assistant exam will be conducted in both English and Hindi language, except for the English subject.
IB Security Assistant Tier 1 Application Form 2023-24

The Intelligence Bureau (IB) of India released the IB Security Assistant Admit Card 2023-24 on December 17, 2023. The admit card is available on the official website of the Intelligence Bureau of India till the exam date, i.e., December 20, 2023.
Candidates can download the hall ticket by using their registration number and date of birth in the login window. They must bring a hard copy of the admit card to the exam centre.
