IDBI Assistant Manager Eligibility 2023: The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has prescribed the eligibility criteria for IDBI Bank Assistant Manager 2023 recruitment in its notification. The official notification has been released on February 17, 2023. The eligibility criteria cover various aspects like minimum qualifications, age limit, and nationality. IDBI Bank AM Eligibility Criteria 2023
IDBI has announced 600 vacancies to recruit eligible & suitable applicants for the post of Assistant Manager Grade A via an official notification posted on its website. The selection process will include an online test and an interview round. Candidates willing to appear for the online test should hold the required eligibility parameters. They can go through multiple factors individually to see if they meet the eligibility conditions or not.
(i) A Indian citizen, or (ii) A Nepalese citizen, or (iii) A Bhutanese citizen, or (iv) a Tibetan refugee (who entered India before January 1, 1962) with the goal of living in India permanently, or (v) A person of Indian descent who has immigrated to India from countries like Zambia, Zaire, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Myanmar (formerly Burma), Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Malawi, and Vietnam with the goal of residing there permanently.

IDBI Bank Assistant Educational Qualifications
According to the IDBI Assistant Manager Notification 2023 PDF, the following are the details of the educational background:
Candidate should hold a Graduation Degree from a recognized University or Institution with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
Applicants must have a valid mark sheet/degree certificate proving that they are a graduate.

IDBI AM Work Experience Required
Applicants must have at least two years of experience in the banking and financial services sectors (including, but not limited to, Micro Finance Institutions/Non-Banking Financial Companies/Cooperative Banks/Regional Rural Banks/Fintech Companies) and the insurance sector. Full-time and permanent employment experience is required (Experience below 06 months in any organisation will not be reckoned).
