IDBI Bank Executive Selection Process 2023: The Industrial Development Bank of India recruits eligible and qualified candidates for the post of Executive through IDBI Recruitment. The bank prescribes the selection procedure in its official notification. The notification will be released soon on the website – idbibank.in. The selection is done through an online test followed by Document Verification (DV) and a Pre-recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

Selected candidates will be recruited on a contract basis for a 3-year period at various branches and offices. After successful completion of the contractual period, the appointees will be subjected to a selection process for appointment as Assistant Managers (Grade A). IDBI Bank Executive Online Test
The IDBI Executive online written test is the first stage of the selection process. The online exam comprises three sections: Reasoning, English Language and Quantitative Aptitude. High School and Intermediate- Mark sheets and passing certificates of class 10th and 12th Graduation- All semester/year-wise or consolidated mark sheets and degree or provisional degree certificates issued by the University.
Caste or Tribe or Class Certificate for SC, ST, OBC (NCL) and EWS
If declared, the caste/ tribe/class certificate must be submitted in Central Government format only. The certificate must – – Carry the name of the caste/tribe as it appears in the central list – Be completely filled (including ordinarily resident clause) – Be stamped (round seal) and signed by issuing authority competent to issue such certificate as per the central list – Be issued in the current financial year based on the income of the previous financial year (for OBC and EWS). – Satisfy all requirements for availing reservation benefits as per Government of India guidelines.
Work Experience
If declared, all the documents such as experience certificates from past and current employers or offer letters, relieving letters, and pay or salary slips clearly indicate the date of joining and date of relieving for each of the previous employment(s).
Person with Disability (PWD) Certificate
If declared, a disability certificate must be issued by the competent authority. Candidates must possess a proper valid disability certificate with correct details of disability, Percentage (%) of disability, validity period and sign and stamp of issuing authority as on the cut-off date.
Photo Identity (Any 2)
PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with Photograph/ Aadhar/ E-Aadhar Card with a Photograph
Note:
Inability to present any of the above-mentioned document(s) (both original and attested copy) at the time of DV or whenever requested by the Bank will disqualify the candidates from the selection.
The final selection or offer of employment will be made based on the category-wise marks acquired in the online test, as well as being found medically fit and meeting all other criteria specified in the advertisement.
