IPU CET 2021: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University will conduct the IPU CET 2021 exam in the month of May. The exam is a University-level examination held for providing admissions to UG and PG programs in the different fields of Engineering, Medical, Dental, Law, and Management. IPUCET Eligibility Criteria 2021

In this section, we have provided you with the IPU CET eligibility criteria. We advise you to carefully go through the eligibility requirements before you start applying for the exam.

Nationality

Aspirants must be of Indian nationality.

UG Course

Candidates must have passed Class 12 from the CBSE Board or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in required subjects.

PG Course

• – MBA: 55% Marks with min 3 years of graduation degree
• – M.Tech: 60% Marks in relevant trade

Age Limit

• – For UG courses, age limit should be 18 to 21 years.
• – For PG courses, the maximum age limit should be 35 years.

IPUCET 2021 Application Form

Once you have gone through the IPU CET eligibility criteria 2021 and are eligible, you can go ahead and fill your application form. Please note that the candidates will only be able to register for the IPU CET 2021 by going through the official website.

• – 1st Step: Visit the official website at ipu.ac.in and click on the ‘IPUCET 2021 Application’. We will notify you once it gets released.
• – 2nd Step: Scroll down and click “START” for a new application.

• – 3rd Step: Register yourself by entering the required details such as Name, Mobile, Email, Program Name, etc.
• – 4th Step: There will be two forms, one for the Personal/General information and another one for the course and payment related details.
• – 5th Step: Candidates have to fill their general information and then proceed towards the Course Selection and Payment section on the second form.
• – 6th Step: Candidates will then have to upload the scanned passport-sized colour photograph and signature.

• – 7th Step: Pay the application fee of Rs. 1200 through Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking.
• – 8th Step: Download and take the printouts of the Confirmation Page after successfully paying the fee and keep it safe for future reference.

IPUCET 2021 Exam Pattern

For B.Tech admissions, the University will consider the score obtained in the JEE Main Paper 1 exam.

IPU CET 2021 Marking Scheme

• (i). Every correct answer will give you +4 marks.
• (ii). For every wrong answer, -1 will get deducted (except for MBBS, PGMC and SSMC exam).
• (iii). Total marks for IPU CET 2021 is 600 (except for MBBS, PGMC and SSMC exam).

IPUCET Admit Card 2021

Candidates who get successfully registered will be able to download their admit cards of IPU CET 2021 two weeks prior to the exam. They will have to log in to their candidate portal using the credentials in order to access their IPU CET, Admit Card.

The admit card will contain all the information related to the candidates’ basic details and the examination centre address, date, time and general guidelines. If the candidates find any discrepancies in your basic details, they should contact the authorities and get it rectified. It’s mandatory to carry the admit card to the exam centres.

IPU CET 2021 Cutoff

The University will prepare IPU CET cut off marks based on different factors such as difficulty level of the exam, marking scheme, number of seats, the total number of candidates appeared, etc. The cutoff is released in the form of closing ranks based on the merit list prepared by the authorities. The IPU CET merit list will be valid only for the programme for which the candidate has given the exam.

The cut off will be released for All India level, Delhi and Outside Delhi candidates. Candidates must secure the qualifying marks in order to be considered for the further counselling process.
