Board of Secondary Education, Haryana (JAC) is a state education board for Jharkhand state. It is an autonomous board mainly responsible for conducting Class 10 and 12 exams. The Government of Jharkhand administers the JAC. Its headquarter is located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. All the schools under the JAC must implement the guidelines and structure issued by the Board. The board prescribes the affiliated schools’ syllabi, textbooks and other additional details. The final exams are usually conducted in February and March.

JAC Board Grading System / Marking Scheme

The JAC conducts exams for classes 10 and 12. The results are provided in the marking system. These marks are provided to students depending on their performance and their scores. The results are declared on the board’s official website, and students should check them online. The JAC releases results in percentages and uses grades for some subjects.
