One of the IITs — one decided as exam-conducting authority for the IIT JEE 2024 session, i.e., IIT Madras — has announced the JEE Advanced 2024 exam dates. The registration process will commence on April 21, 2024, and continue till April 30, 2024. JEE Adv 2024 exam will be conducted on May 26, 2024, and the admit card will be issued on May 17, 2024. Candidates must check the JEE Advanced important dates to avoid missing any important specifications.
JEE Advanced exam will comprise two mandatory papers, i.e., JEE Adv Paper 1 and Paper 2. Only individuals who register for the exam, submit their application by the deadline and fulfil the eligibility requirements will be allowed to take the test. — JEE Adv. 2024 will be conducted on May 26, 2024. The timing of Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be different, i.e., from 09:00-12:00 IST and 14:30-17:30 IST respectively. Check out other important dates below.

The exam authority will open online registrations for the JEE Advanced 2024 exam on April 21, 2024. The application form completion will be allowed during a stipulated period, i.e., till the last date, which is April 30, 2024. That means candidates will only have a few days to complete the registration process because the deadline to register online for JEE Advanced will be the final date to apply. Applicants will need to pay the application fee before May 6, 2024.
IIT Madras will conduct JEE Advanced 2024 exam on May 26, 2024. The exam will be conducted in morning and evening shifts. So, their timing of the papers will be different. Paper I will begin at 09:00 a.m. and will end at 12:00 p.m.; whereas Paper 2 will start at 2:30 p.m. and end at 5:30 p.m.
Before conducting JEE Advanced 2024, the IIT Madras will upload the official JEE Advanced 2024 admit cards on the website. The admit card will be available from May 17, 2024 until the exam date. Only those candidates who registered for the test before the deadline will be allowed to take a printout of (or download) their admit cards.
