The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, will soon conduct the counselling process for KEAM 2023. The KEAM exam 2023 is scheduled to take place on May 17, 2023. KEAM exam Paper 1 will be conducted from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., while Paper 2 will be conducted from 2.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. in pen and paper mode.

According to exam experts, the overall paper was easy. Most questions were not time-consuming. They found similarities between the weightage of marks in this paper and the Class 12 syllabus.

Physics
Physics was the toughest section of the three. This section was lengthy; however, the overall difficulty level of the Physics paper was moderate. There were 30 questions from the 12th standard syllabus and 30 from the 11th standard syllabus. There were 2 difficult questions, 9 moderate questions, and 34 easy questions. Many were calculation-based as well.
Chemistry
The difficulty level of Chemistry was moderate. This section was not lengthy. Most questions were based on simple concepts. There were 30 questions from the 12th standard syllabus and 30 from the 11th standard syllabus. This section had 1 difficult question, 29 moderate, and 30 easy questions.
Mathematics
Mathematics was the easiest section of the three. However, this section was not lengthy. There were 60 questions from the 12th standard syllabus and 60 from the 11th standard syllabus. This section had 9 difficult questions, 63 moderate questions, and 48 easy questions. However, this section was easier than last year and had a few application-based questions. Most of them were directly from NCERT and were concept based.
