LIC releases notification for recruitment every year for eligible aspirants. One needs to appear for the specified exams to fill the post in a particular domains. LIC Exam for AAO
It is one of the crucial exams in the insurance sector. The recruitment process is not annual to AAO and depends on the requirement of personnel in the company. As per the 2020 notification, there is a vacancy for 168 eligible candidates for AAO post.
LIC Exam for ADO
ADO is an administrative job in sales. An ADO has to recruit people as LIC insurance agents. The officials conduct the exam to fill the post of Apprentice Development Officer. In 2019, the officials recruited a total of 8,581 personnel through ADO examination. However, In 2020, there have been changes due to COVID-19 pandemic.
LIC Exam for HFL Post
Housing Finance Limited provides finance to people for the construction of a flat or house. Aspirants need to qualify the HFL examination for recruitment to the post. In 2019, the officials released 35 vacancies for the HFL post.
LIC Exam DSE Post
LIC DSE exam recruits direct sales executives. The officials conduct the examination every year to recruit DSE for various LIC zonal offices. It is a contract-based post for three years. As a marketing job, DSE needs to procure new business, provide policy servicing and other related posts from the allotted areas.
LIC Exam FSE Post
