MH CET Law Result 2022: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, declared the result of the 5-year LLB exam on September 11, 2022. The officials released the MH CET Law 2022 3-year course result on September 12, 2022 (5 PM). The State CET Cell has published the result in PDF format. Therefore, candidates can look for their names or roll numbers on the merit list to know their scores. Furthermore, the CET Cell will release the MH CET Law scorecard separately for the 5 and 3-year courses. To check the scorecard, they need to enter the application number and date of birth.
Through MH CET Law, candidates can get admission into 5 years of LLB and 3 years of LLB courses in law institutions and colleges in Maharashtra. The candidates securing the minimum marks or above are eligible to appear for counselling. The authority will release the cutoff for the test-takers for undergraduate and postgraduate LLB programmes. The cut-off will specify the minimum marks a candidate needs to secure to qualify for the next admission rounds. Candidates will be able to download the MH CET Law cut-off from the official website of the university.

The authority releases a separate merit list for five-year LLB and three-year LLB programs. Moreover, they release the category-wise merit list. The merit list includes the selected candidates’ names and their scores in the entrance exam. Furthermore, the officials also release a final merit list after verifying documents with the candidates’ names selected for the course.
If two or more candidates secure similar marks in the entrance test, authorities will conduct a tie-breaker round. The criteria for tie-breaker in respective LLB programmes are as follows:
5 Year LLB Programme
| (1) Candidates with higher marks in class 12 or equivalent will be given preference. |
| (2) A higher percentage of marks in the first language in the class 12 board. |
| (3) A higher percentage of marks in class 10 or equivalent will be given preference. |
| (4) A higher percentage of marks in the first language in class 10 will be preferred. |
3 Year LLB Programme
| (1) Higher percentile in the qualifying examination will be given preference. |
| (2) Candidates with higher marks in 10+2 will be given preference over the other one. |
Candidates securing qualifying marks in MH CET Law will be called for the MH CET Law counselling process. The officials have yet to announce the counselling dates for the 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB programmes.
The aspirants will be required to carry the documents specified by the university for verification. The officials will check the details provided by the candidates. After verifying the documents, aspirants will be allotted seats in the participating institute.
