NEET Reduced Syllabus 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is going to announce the NEET reduced syllabus for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2024. According to NTA, the new NEET syllabus is based on inputs provided by the National Medical Commission (NMC). NMC has rationalised the NEET 2024 syllabus. It has deleted 9 chapters from Chemistry and 6 chapters from Biology as per the NEET Revised Syllabus.
NEET 2024 will be conducted on May 05, 2024 and the online registration process will start tentatively in February 2024. More than 20 lakh students will attempt the NEET UG examination this year. Hence, knowing the NEET syllabus will help them boost their preparation. NTA has traditionally been responsible for conducting the NEET examination and has been unveiling the syllabus annually. However, for the upcoming NEET 2024, the NMC has now officially determined the syllabus.

In Chemistry, the NMC has deleted the total 9 chapters. All of the 9 chapters are the part of NEET deleted syllabus 2024. In the realm of chemistry, the original count of chapters was 30, but it has now been streamlined to 21.
In Biology, the NMC has removed the following chapters. All of the 6 chapters are the part of NEET 2024 deleted syllabus:
Five sub-topics have been introduced in both physics and biology by the NMC.
