How To Fill Out NTA NEET Registration Form 2025?

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps for the NEET application form:

• Visit the NTA NEET website, which is https://neet.ntaonline.in.
• Click on ‘New Candidate, Register Here’ for NEET UG 2025 Registration.
• Read the instructions carefully and then click on ‘Click here to proceed’.
• Make sure you read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions on the NEET registration portal page.
• Fill in the required details in the NEET 2025 registration form.
• Review and verify the details before clicking on the ‘Submit’ button.

Documents Required for NEET 2025 Registration Form

We advise the candidates to prepare the following documents before filling up the NTA NEET registration form 2025.

• Valid mobile number.
• Valid email address.
• Scanned images of the candidate’s latest passport-size photograph (10 – 200 kb in size).
• Address proof such as an AADHAAR Card, Domicile Certificate, Passport, or Voter ID card.
• Scanned image of the candidate’s signature (4-30 kb in size).
• Class 10 passing certificate.
• Class 10 mark sheet.
• Class 12 mark sheet (for those who have passed the exam).
• Class 12 passing certificate.
• Left-hand thumb impression (10-50 kb in size) in JPEG file format.
• Postcard size photograph (4″ x 6″) (50-300 kb in size).
• Credit card/debit card, net banking, and UPI payment gateway details (online payment).

NEET Application Form 2025 – Requirements for Photograph

• The photograph should be recent. It must not be older than 3 months and must clearly indicate the candidate’s name and the photograph’s date.
• It should be a passport-size photo with a white background.
• Candidates should not wear any accessories. They should ensure that their faces are clearly visible.
• Dimension of a passport-size photo = 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
• Scan it at 200 dpi in a scanner.
• Save it as a jpeg format with a size between 10 kb to 200 kb.

NTA NEET Registration Form – Requirements of Signature

• Make a 3.5 cm (width) and 1.5 cm (height) rectangle and sign inside the box.
• Scan it at 200 DPI in a scanner and crop the image.
• Save it as a jpg/jpeg with a size between 4 kb to 30 kb.

NTA NEET Registration 2025: Steps To Retrieve the Password

Any candidate who has forgotten their password for the NEET login page can follow the steps under NEET Password Recovery given below for their reference.

• 1st Step: Candidates must visit the official website and click – ‘Candidate Login’
• 2nd Step: Enter your application number and password to log in
• 3rd Step: Now click on – ‘Forgot Password?’. You now have two options: reset your password using OTP or Security Question.
• 4th Step: Password recovery using OTP
• 5th Step: Enter the details such as application number, name, and date of birth
• 6th Step: Enter the security pin and click ‘Submit’.
• 7th Step: You will receive an OTP. Using this OTP, the candidate can reset the password by creating a new one.
• 8th Step: Your password is now changed to the new password, which you must remember.
• 9th Step: Password recovery using the security question
• 10th Step: Enter the details such as application number, candidate’s name, date of birth, security question, and answer.
• 11th Step: You need to choose the same security question (from the drop-down menu) that you chose while filling out the NEET application form.
• 12th Step: Enter the security question and click ‘Submit’.
• 13th Step: Once the candidate has authenticated himself by answering the security question correctly, they will create a new password.
• 14th Step: Confirm the new password and also remember it.

NEET Login 2025: Steps To Retrieve Application Number

If the candidate has to get his application number, then they need to go through the steps listed as follows:

• 1st Step: Visit the Official Website and click – ‘Forgot Registration Number’.
• 2nd Step: Enter the details like Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Category and Security PIN. Now click on ‘Submit’.
• 3rd Step: The authorities will now provide the link to get their NEET 2025 application number. Candidates need to note their registration number to log into their future accounts.
