NEET Tie-Breaking Criteria 2025

National Medical Commission (NMC) brings a new rule for tie-breaking criteria to be effective from 2024. According to NMC, if two or more candidates receive the same score in the admission examination, the tie-breaking conditions listed below will be used.

• The candidate with the highest score in Physics, followed by Chemistry and then Biology (Botany + Zoology), will be given first priority and will be assigned a higher rank on the NEET 2025 state merit list.
