More About NICL AO Final Selection

The candidates will have to go through a pre-employment medical examination.
The final selection/appointment would be subject to satisfactory medical report and verification of caste and community certificate (in case of reserved candidates)/disability certificate (in case of PWD candidates) and other documents.
Candidates are requested to submit the documents within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this Notice.
The Documents should be duly verified by NICL Office Incharge/Nominated Officer at the time of reporting for pre-employment medical examination.

The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) Administrative Officer (AO) Recruitment 2017 is being done to fill 205 vacancies for the post of Administrative Officers (Generalists) Scale I. The recruitment process includes Phase I (Preliminary), Phase II (Main), and Phase III (Interview). The exam for Phase I will be held on June 03/04, 2017, and the result of NICL AO Recruitment 2017 will be announced until the 3rd week of June 2017.

NICL AO Exam Pattern 2017: Mains

The Mains stage of NICL AO Exam is both objective and descriptive in nature. f Objective Tests will comprise 200 marks and Descriptive Test will comprise 30 Marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online.
The Objective Test will be conducted first and soon as it ends, the Descriptive Test will be administered.

NICL AO Result 2017: Period of Probation

Candidates shall be on probation for a period of 1 year from the date of joining the duty under NICL AO Recruitment 2017.
The probation period may be extended twice by a further period of 6 months at a time stretching up to 1 year.
During the probation period the Officers would be required to pass the non-life “Licentiate Examination” conducted by Insurance Institute of India. Only after passing the exam, will the candidates be able to join service.

NICL AO Result 2017: Company’s Undertaking

1.	Before joining as probationer, the selected candidates will be required to give an undertaking to serve the Company for a minimum period of four years including probation period.
2.	In the event of their resigning from the Company before the expiry of the bond period, they will be liable to pay liquidateddamages equivalent to 1 year’s gross salary paid to them during the year of probation which could be proportionately reduced depending on the length of service rendered.
3.	Candidates resigning from the Company during the probation period and candidates whose services are terminated by the Company during the probation period shall be liable to pay the salary received by them during their entire service in the Company in addition to an amount of Rs.25,000/-towards partial cost of training.
