NICL AO Selection Process 2023: The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) will soon release the official notification for the NICL AO (Administrative Officers) on the official website. Interested candidates must be aware of the different stages that govern the NICL AO selection process. The NICL conducts the Administrative Officers exam in three phases: Prelims, Mains and Interview respectively.

NICL AO Prelims will be Objective in nature. All candidates who qualify in the Prelims will be eligible to appear for Mains. The Mains exam is both Objective and Descriptive in nature. As emphasised, it’s vital for the candidates to know about the NICL AO selection process and thereby prepare accordingly. The three stages of the exam are: 

• NICL AO Prelims 
• NICL AO Mains

NICL AO Prelims Pattern

The NICL AO Prelims is the first phase of NICL AO recruitment. The Prelims exam comprises of three sections English Language, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude. The NICL AO Prelims exam will be conducted for 100 marks within the time frame of 60 minutes. To clear the exam, candidates must obtain the required qualifying marks as specified by the authority.

NICL AO Mains Pattern

• 2nd Step: Use the mobile number/email to log in.
• 3rd Step: Click on the menu bar “Getting a Government Job” 
• 4th Step: Select the Goal “Insurance” from the Dropdown and click on “Next”.
• 5th Step: Search and Select “NICL AO Prelims” on the search bar and click on “Next”.
• 6th Step: Select the preferred language and click on “Done”.
• 7th Step: Click “Practice” from the Header Section.
• 8th Step: Scroll down to the “Subjects” section.
• 9th Step: Click on any NICL AO Prelims subjects.
• 10th Step: Scroll down to click on the chapters from the selected subject to begin the practice.

NICL AO Interview Round

Candidates who clear the both NICL Prelims and Mains exams will be invited to the Interview Round. Candidates are invited to face-to-face interview rounds at selected centres. The final selection is based on the candidates’ performance in the Mains and Interviews. The weightage ratio of the marks from both phases is 80:20.
