States like Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Chandigarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi, and Rajasthan have declared the NMMS exam results as a scorecard and a merit list.

Cut-off for NMMS Result 2023-24: Maharashtra and the Other States
Besides Kerala, the authorities have released the results for all the states. Along with the release of results, the officials also release the NMMS cut-off 2023-24. The NMMS exam 2023-24 cut-off will soon be released by the SCERT. Candidates who secure the official cut-off are considered for the NMMS scholarship. NMMS cut-off marks are the minimum marks that candidates should obtain in MAT and SAT exams to be selected for the scholarship.

NMMS Scholarship Amount
Once the National Means-Cum-Merit Scholarship results are declared, candidates should check if they are qualified are not. Candidates who are qualified should open a joint bank account with their parents.
NMMS Scholarship amount will be credited to that joint bank account by Public Financial Management System (PFMS). All the qualified students will receiveRs.1000 per month (Rs.12000 per year).
NMMS Result: Conditions to Avail NMMS Scholarship
Candidates will have to fulfil the following conditions to avail of the NMMS scholarship:
Parents’ annual income should be less than or equal to INR 3,50,000 per annum.
Students must have secured at least 55% in the Class 7 annual exam. There is a 5% relaxation in marks for SC and ST students.
For renewal of scholarship in Classes 9 and 10, students must have secured 55% marks in the previous academic year’s annual exam. A relaxation of 5% marks will be given for SC/ST students.
Students who wish to continue the NMMS scholarship for Class 11 and 12 must have secured at least 60% in Class 10 board exams.
To get the scholarship even after Class 10, students must get admission to the next class within 3 months from the result declaration date.
The reimbursement cost for conducting NMMS examinations in various states and UTs was INR 50 per student earlier. It has been revised to INR 100 per student. The cap of the reimbursement cost of Rs. 1500 for students per district has been removed.
