November 29, 2024NTSE Result: The dates for the release of the result for NTSE stage 1 exam 2022 have not been announced yet. The exam consisted of two papers – the Mental Ability Test (MAT) and the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) of total 100 marks. The final scoring keys and scanned images of MAT and SAT papers are also released along with the NTSE Result. Candidates can check their results on the NCERT official website.
The result notice states that the final result and merit lists will be declared tentatively around June 2022. The result for NTSE Stage 1 will be released by all States and Union Territories on their respective websites. However, the NTSE Stage 2 Results are released only on the NCERT official website. NTSE is a scholarship exam for class 10 students of CBSE and state boards. This exam encourages students in class 10 to take up higher studies in the field of Social Science and Science. The NCERT conducts this exam in two stages. The respective authorities of each state or the SCERT conduct the Stage 1 exam and Stage 2 is of the exam is held at the national level by the NCERT. Based on the final announcement of the NTSE merit list, students will be awarded the NTSE scholarship. However, students must meet the NTSE eligibility criteria at each stage of their education to avail the scholarship. The awardees studying in Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities, Languages, Commerce, vocational studies, and fine arts are eligible to receive the scholarship up to Ph.D. level whereas the awardees studying professional courses in medicines, engineering, technology, management, and law, are eligible to receive the scholarship up to second-degree level.
