OPSC ASO Syllabus For CSE Preliminary Exam

OPSC CSE Preliminary exam is qualifying in nature. It is a compulsory exam, and those who clear this exam are eligible for the Main exam. The commission will fix the qualifying marks in the Preliminary exam. The marks secured in this exam will not be counted for ranking. The detailed syllabus for OPSC CSE Preliminary Exam is provided below:

0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. The candidate needs to select only one option out of four choices. If they mark more than one answer, it will be considered a wrong answer.

OPSC OAS Syllabus For CSE Main Exam

The Main Exam comprises compulsory papers and optional papers. There are 5 compulsory papers which include Odia Language, English, English Essay, General Studies I & II.

Statistical Analysis, Graphs & Diagrams: This part will include exercises to test the candidates’ ability to draw common-sense conclusions from information presented in graphical, statistical, or diagrammatic form and point out deficiencies, limitations or inconsistencies therein. The candidates should also be aware of counting and elementary probability techniques.

OPSC Exam Pattern For CSE Main Exam

The OPSC Main exam comprises five compulsory papers and four optional papers. The Mains exam will be of descriptive type. The details of these papers are mentioned below:
