Those who have registered for the RPF Recruitment will need to take part in each round of the selection process. Usually, RPF hires best-fit candidates by gauging their skills and performance based on the following selection rounds:
If candidates are unable to satisfy the minimum passing marks in Phase-I, they will not be considered for the Phase II of the recruitment.
The Computer-based Test (CBT) is the first round of the selection process. Scoring minimum passing grades in the CBT is a must to proceed to the next round, i.e., Phase II. The question paper on CBT is usually prepared around three sections: General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. The CBT carries a total of 120 questions, each carrying a single mark.
The time duration of the CBT is 1 hour and 30 minutes, i.e., candidates—under any circumstances—have to complete the test within 90 minutes. The aspirants who fail to score a minimum of 35% marks in the CBT will not be allowed to proceed further and shall be disqualified from the recruitment. Here are the detailed insights into the RPF CBT exam pattern. Check out which section carries the highest number of questions.
Test | Number of Questions | Marks | Time |
