RRB NTPC 2022: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) released a tentative schedule of empanelment for RRB NTPC on November 17, 2022. Candidates can check the schedule from this article. Earlier, RRB published the second list of additional candidates shortlisted for document verification (DV) for Pay Level 6 on November 16, 2022. The second stage of DV will be held on November 28, 2022.

The officials announced the result of the Computer Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) on November 03. Candidates must use their valid login credentials, i.e., their registration number and date of birth, to check their results on the respective regional websites. The Railway Recruitment Board conducts RRB Non-Technical Popular Categories to recruit candidates who have passed Class 12th or completed their graduation. Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the eligibility criteria for RRB Non-technical popular categories along with the notification. Candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria in order to fill out the application form and avoid rejection at any later stage. The eligibility criteria will be based on the following requirements – Nationality, Age, and Educational Qualification.
The candidate must be a citizen of India or from Nepal or Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came to India, before January 1, 1962, to permanently settle in India, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, East African Countries of Uganda, Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Ethiopia, Malawi, Zaire and Vietnam willing to settle permanently in India.
Also, candidates belonging to the reserved categories will be given reservations as per the government’s norm. They can check the table below for detailed information:

The RRB released the admit card for NTPC CBTST on August 23, 2022, on their official website. The authorities releases the admit cards separately for all four stages. Candidates can download the RRB NTPC admit card by using the required credentials in the login window till the date of the exam.
The admit card will contain information about the exam venue, date and time of the exam, the exam centre’s address, the candidate’s personal information, the candidate’s signature, and exam day instructions.

Computer-based Aptitude Test (CBAT) – Only those candidates who have opted for Traffic Assistant and Station Master will have to appear for CBAT.
Typing Skill Test – Candidates who have applied for Junior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, and Senior Time Keeper will have to appear for this test.

The Railway NTPC (CEN 01/2019) CBT 2 exam was held from June 12 to June 17, 2022, for Pay Levels 2, 3, and 5. To find out which questions they got wrong, candidates must download the region-wise RRB NTPC Answer Key for CBT 2, question papers, and response sheet. Moreover, a link to get the Railway NTPC CBT 2 Answer Key was made available from June 22 to June 27, 2022. It was also possible to raise a challenge against the questions, options and answer key until June 27, 2022, with a fee of INR 50 per question.
The RRB announced the NTPC Result for CBT 2 for Pay Levels 2 & 5 on July 18, 2022. The CBT 2 Result was declared online, and candidates can check their results on the regional RRB website. The NTPC CBT 2 Result is available in PDF format and comprises the list of roll numbers of candidates who have qualified for CBAT.

RRB has released the NTPC cut-off along with the result and scorecard for CBT 2 Exam on July 18, 2022. The RRB NTPC CBT 2 cut-off marks for pay levels 2 & 5 are made available on various regional websites. Candidates who score higher than the cut-off marks will be invited to the CBT-2 round.
