RRB NTPC Notification 2022: CBAT Exam Dates Out

RRB NTPC Notification 2022: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the exam dates for the CBAT exam on the official website. The exams will be held on July 30, 2022 in CBT mode. The link to view the exam city and date, and download the travelling authority for SC/ST candidates will be made available on the respective RRB websites on July 20, 2022. The admit card is tentatively going to be released on July 26, 2022, according to the official information.

Previously, the RRB CBT 2 for levels 2, 3, and 5 was conducted for all other regions from June 12 to 17, 2022, and the RRB NTPC result 2021-22 is expected to be declared in the month of July 2022. Previously, RRB released 35,208 vacancies for various Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) posts.

What is RRB NTPC?

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) conducts RRB Non-Technical Popular Categories to recruit candidates who have passed class 12th or completed their graduation. Candidates qualifying in all four stages of the selection procedure will be eligible to be recruited to different posts notified under the RRB NTPC 2019 notification. Some of the posts under RRB NTPC are – Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Junior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Trains Clerk, Traffic Assistant, Goods Guard, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Senior Time Keeper, Commercial Apprentice and Station Master in various Zonal and Production Units of Indian Railways.

RRB NTPC Vacancies 2022

Earlier, RRB had released 35,277 vacancies for RRB NTPC. However, the officials have revised the vacancies to 35,208. RRB has deducted the number of DLW vacancies from the RRB Allahabad zone from 4099 to 4030. Candidates can check below the detailed information:

RRB NTPC 2022 Eligibility Criteria 

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the eligibility criteria for RRB Non-Technical Popular Categories along with the RRB NTPC notification 2022. Candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria in order to fill out the application form and avoid rejection at any later stage. RRB NTPC eligibility criteria will be based on the following requirements – Nationality, Age and Educational Qualification.

Nationality

The candidate must be a citizen of India or from Nepal or Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came to India, before January 1, 1962, for permanently settling in India, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, East African Countries of Uganda, Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Ethiopia, Malawi, Zaire and Vietnam willing to settle permanently in India.

RRB NTPC Age Limit

• Candidates applying for Under Graduate Level posts must be between 18 to 30 years of age. 
• Those applying for Graduate level posts must be between 18 to 33 years of age.

• Candidates who have passed class 12th or have passed an undergraduate examination in any stream will be eligible to apply for RRB NTPC. 

RRB NTPC Registration 2022 

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) releases the application form of RRB NTPC in online mode on the official website. Before filling the online RRB NTPC application form, candidates must check the eligibility criteria to avoid rejection. Also, they must keep the following documents ready with themselves while filling in the application form:

• Scanned images of photograph and signature in the prescribed size
• Marksheets of class 10th, 12th and graduation
• Caste certificate (if required)
• Personal email ID and mobile number

RRB NTPC Admit Card 2022

As per the RRB NTPC notification 2022, Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued the admit card of RRB NTPC CBT 2 in online mode on June 8, 2022 for CBT 2 exam for Pay level 5,2 and 3. Only those candidates who have successfully submitted the application forms will be able to download the CBT stage 2 exam. The authorities will release the admit card separately for all four stages.

Candidates can download the RRB NTPC admit card by using the required credentials in the login window till the date of the exam. The admit card will contain information about the exam venue, date and time of the exam, address of the exam centre along with other information like the name of the candidate, application number and photograph and signature and exam day instructions.

RRB NTPC Result 2022

The Railway Recruitment Board is expected to release the RRB NTPC results for Pay Level 5,2 and 3 (expect for Guwahati region) in the month of July 2022. Ans: The application fees of Railway Recruitment Board NTPC for General and OBC is Rs. 500. Whereas, those belonging to SC/ ST/ Women/ Minority/ Transgenders/ PWD candidates will have to pay Rs. 250.

Q.2: Will there be any negative marking in the first and second stage of CBT?
Ans: Yes. There will be negative marking for incorrect answers in both stages of CBT. One-third of the marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
