SBI Clerk 2025 Selection Process

The SBI Clerk selection process will consist of two online tests — Prelims and Mains. Candidates need to appear for the test opting for the local language if they have qualified for the Main exam.

It is important to note that the marks of the Preliminary exam will not be considered for preparing the final merit list.   • Each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark.
  • For every incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

Test of Specified Opted Local Language: Candidates who qualify in the Main exam and produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/certificate showing that they have studied the specified opted local language will not be subjected to any language test. For others (qualified candidates), specified opted local language tests will be conducted after provisional selection but before joining. Candidates not found to be proficient in the specified opted local language will be disqualified.
