The authority conducted the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam from July 14 to 27, 2023. The Tier 1 exam contains 100 multiple-choice questions for 200 marks. Furthermore, the Tier 1 question paper consists of four subjects, i.e., General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension.

The Commission has announced the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam date. The SSC CGL Tier 2 exam for 2023 recruitment will be held on October 25, 26, and 27, 2023. The SSC CGL Tier 2 exam consists of three papers. Paper 1 is compulsory for all candidates. However, Paper 2 is only for Junior Statistical Officers (JSO) and Statistical Investigator (Grade II) posts. Furthermore, Paper 3 is for Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer posts.

SSC CGL Admit Card Release Date 2023

The Commission releases the SSC CGL admit card for both tiers online on its official website. Moreover, SSC usually releases the CGL call letter 7 to 10 days before the exam. Candidates can download their admit card online at ssc.nic.in. SSC released region-wise admit cards for Tier 1 on July 5, 2023. The SSC CGL Tier-2 admit card was released on October 17, 2023. Candidates must enter their registration number and password to download the admit card.

Besides this, candidates should carry the admit card and valid photo ID proof on the exam day. Without these, they will not be permitted to take the exam.

SSC CGL Result Release Date 2023

The SSC CGL result for tier 1 was declared on September 19, 2023. The officials announced the result on their official website. The result is declared as a merit list consisting of the ‘Name’ and ‘Roll Numbers’ of candidates who have qualified for the next selection stage. Based on the result of Tier 1, candidates are shortlisted for the Tier 2 exam.
