SSC GD Exam Pattern 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has revised the SSC GD Exam Pattern for the post of Constables. As per the revised pattern, there will be 80 questions for 160 marks to be solved in 60 minutes and there will be a negative marking of 0.50 marks. SSC GD Constable CBE Pattern 2025 [Revised]

As per the revised SSC GD Exam Pattern, the Tier 1 exam is an online, Computer Based Examination (CBE). The Commission reduced the number of questions, the time allotted for the exam, and the weightage of each question. Now, the total duration for the Tier 1 exam is 60 minutes. SSC GD Constable Marking Scheme

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) decides the marking scheme for the General Duty (GD) Constable exam. Understanding the marking scheme is crucial for candidates as it can help them strategise their approach to attempting the exam.

In the GD Constable exam, each correct answer from the candidates is awarded 1 mark. However, there is a negative marking, which means 0.50 marks are deducted for each wrong answer. SSC GD PST/PET is an essential stage in the selection process of SSC GD Constables. This stage is qualifying in nature and candidates who will clear SSC GD PST/PET will be eligible to appear in the medical test.

The candidates must have good physical and mental health. They should not have the following conditions:

  • Knock knee
