November 7, 2024The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the SSC CPO exam to recruit candidates for the post of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), Assistant Sub-Inspector in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Inspector, and Sub-Inspector posts. Following the official SSC exam calendar, the Commission conducted SSC CPO Paper I from October 3 to 6, 2023.
The Commission released the official notification and online applications on July 22, 2023. Interested candidates could apply online for SSC CPO 2023 until August 15, 2023. Furthermore, they could pay the application fee online until August 15, 2023. The SSC CPO selection process includes Paper 1, PST/ PET, Paper 2, and Medical Examination.

Aspirants who have completed their degrees/diplomas through open and distance learning modes of education are eligible to apply for the exam. Candidates must have the educational qualification by January 01, 2023, in order to be eligible and apply.
Male candidates must have a valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) on the date set for Physical Endurance and Measurement Tests for the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police only. Candidates who do not have a valid LMV (Motorcycle and Car) driving licence are eligible for all other CAPF positions.

The Commission released the admit card for SSC CPO Paper I online on its regional official website. Candidates can visit the regional website to download their hall tickets. Furthermore, they must enter their registration number and password/date of birth to download the admit card. The SSC CPO admit card contains all the exam-related details. The Staff Selection Commission published the SSC CPO Paper I answer key on October 7, 2023. Check the SSC CPO answer key online at ssc.nic.in.
