Inter-se-Merit rule for Telangana EAMCET Rank Card 2025

While preparing the rank card for the TS EAMCET exam, the exam conducting body witnesses a special condition in which two or more students score equal marks in the entrance test. In such cases, the conducting body applies the below-mentioned inter-se-merit rule to break the tie:

1. The total normalised marks are secured in TS EAMCET 2025.
2. The normalised marks were secured in Mathematics.
3. The normalised marks are secured in Physics.
4. If the tie persists, then the candidates with a high percentage of aggregate marks secured in the qualifying examination will be prioritised.
5. If the tie is still unsolved, the older candidate will be given preference over the younger candidate.

The weightage of marks in candidates belonging to the category of persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) cardholders will be decided by a committee that the conducting authority will constitute. 

TS EAMCET Cut-off 2025

Soon after releasing the rank card, the conducting body will release the cut-off on its website. The cut-off is the minimum marks that every candidate will have to secure in the entrance test to be eligible for admission. The cut-off will be prepared based on various factors such as the number of candidates who appeared for the exam, the number of available seats, and so on.

Candidates who have secured the minimum required to rank in TS EAMCET 2025 will be called for seat allotment based on TS EAMCET cutoff marks and the availability of seats in the particular course and institute. The minimum qualifying percentage of marks for the TS EAMCET 2025 is 25% of the maximum marks for consideration for ranking. No minimum qualifying mark has been prescribed for candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories. 

TS EAMCET Counselling 2025

After announcing the TS EAMCET cut-off, the exam conducting authority will commence the counselling process.
