Important Information About TS EAMCET Rank Card 

The JNTUH releases the TS EAMCET rank card every year after the exams at eamcet.tsche.ac.in. After the exams are over and results are compiled, JNTUH prepares the final rank card after normalising the scores of the candidates and resolving any tie arising during the result compilation process. The results are calculated by considering 25% marks of the class XII boards exam and 75% of the score in TS EAMCET. The final score is calculated by combining the two.

The candidates can view and download the rank cards for their reference. The candidates will be able to download the rank card with the help of the registration number, admit card number, and date of birth of the respective candidates. The rank card is an essential document for verification during the counselling process.

The essential details mentioned on the rank card are as follows:

• Name of the Candidate
• Date of Birth
• Category Information (General/SC/ST/OBC)
• Application number
• TS EAMCET score
• Weightage of class XII and TS EAMCET marks
• Stream (Engineering, Medical, or Agriculture)
• Class XII final exam percentage

TS EAMCET Tie Breaking Procedure

The JNTUH uses a normalisation process to determine the percentile of the candidates based on their marks in TS EAMCET 2023. In case of a tie, the following hierarchy is followed to determine the higher-ranking candidate.

For Engineering Candidates

1. The candidate scoring higher percentile in Mathematics will be ranked higher.
2. In case the tie exists, the candidate scoring higher percentile in Physics will be ranked higher.
3. In case of another tie, the candidate scoring higher percentile in Chemistry will be ranked higher.
4. In case the tie exists even after comparing scores in all three subjects, the older candidate will be ranked higher.

For Medical and Agriculture Candidates

1. The candidate scoring a higher percentile in Biology will be ranked higher.
2. In case the tie exists, the candidate scoring higher percentile in Physics will be ranked higher.
3. In case of another tie, the candidate scoring a higher percentage in the qualifying exam will be ranked higher.
4. In case the tie exists even after comparing scores in all the three subjects, the older candidate will be ranked higher.

TS EAMCET 2023 Counselling Details

TS EAMCET 2023 counselling registration process will begin immediately after the results are decalred. The successful candidates will be called for counselling, and three rounds of counselling will be held. The candidates who qualify for counselling must register online and get their documents verified from the counselling centre. Once the verification is done, candidates can then proceed to lock in their options (colleges of their choice) based on the rank they have achieved.

Marks Distribution for TS EAMCET 2023

As we know that the final score of the candidates will be calculated by considering both qualifying exam scores and the TS EAMCET exam, the following process will be followed for calculation:

TS EAMCET 2023 Cut-off List

After the results are announced, the cut-off list will be released on the official website (eamcet.tsche.ac.in). Cut-off marks refer to the minimum marks a candidate must score to be eligible for admission in one of the participating colleges of TS EAMCET 2023. The minimum passing marks are 25% of the maximum marks considered for rank tabulation.

The cut-off marks depend upon the following factors:

• Number of available seats,
• The difficulty of the exam,
• Number of Participating Colleges and courses offered by them,
• The total number of applicants and qualifying candidates.
