TS LAWCET Counselling 2022: Osmania University (OU), on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), conducts the TS LAWCET examination so that eligible and meritorious candidates can get admission to various law colleges in India. TS LAWCET 2022: Counselling Fee

Candidates must note that the counselling fee for TS LAWCET should be paid at the certificate verification centres/ helpline centres. The processing fee for TS LAWCET examination counselling is as follows:

Applicants from the Reserved Category are given a 5% discount relaxation on their TS LAWCET 2022 Eligibility. Applicants who have registered for the exam can download the TS LKAWCET admit card from the official website. This can be done by logging in with the user ID and password.

TS LAWCET 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to appear for TS LAWCET 2022 should fulfil the following eligibility conditions as given below:

Educational Qualification:

For 3 year LLB course:

• Candidates should have completed graduation in any subject from a recognised university or any other examination pattern (10+2+3).
• Degree must prevail with 45% aggregate marks.
• The reserved category candidates should score a minimum score of 40% in the qualifying examination.

For 5 year LLB course;

• Candidates should have passed their Class 12 board examination or 10+2 from any of the recognised universities/boards.
• About 45% of qualifying marks should be scored for getting the pass degree.
• The reserved category candidates should score a minimum score of 40% in the qualifying examination.

Nationality:

All Indian candidates can apply for TS LAWCET Examination 2022. This is mentioned in the  Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions).

Age Limit:

There is no such age limit for TS LAWCET 2022 examination.

Documents Required for Counselling in TS LAWCET 2022

The following documents are required for TS LAWCET certificate verification –

a. TS LAWCET Rank/Score Card 2022
b. TS LAWCET Hall Ticket/Admit Card 2022
c. Memorandum of marks of SSC or equivalent
d. Memorandum of marks of Intermediate or equivalent
e. Memorandum of marks in Qualifying Examination
f. Provisional / Degree Certificate of Qualifying Examination (Degree)
g. Migration Certificate
h. Study / Residence Certificate for the previous 7 years of study to prove as a local candidate of a particular area of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or Non-Local
i. Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for 10 years in case of non-local candidates, excluding the period of employment outside the state. This certificate should be obtained from the Tahsildar.
j. Integrated Community Certificate (In Case of SC/ST/BC Caste Certificate)
k. Transfer Certificate (TC)
l. Aadhar Card or any other valid I.D. proof
m. Latest Parental Income certificate issued by M.R.O. Govt. of Telangana (obtained on or after 1-1-2017 for Scholarships)
n. PH /NCC / CAP Certificate (if any)

Original certificates along with two sets of self-attested photocopies of the same are required.

TS LAWCET: Dates for Counselling

Qualified and eligible candidates of TS LAWCET Examinations are informed to attend the certificate verification for web counselling for admission into LL.B (3-year course) / LL.B-5 Years (Integrated Degree Courses) & LL.M courses for the academic year 2022-23 as per the tentative schedule given below:

TS LAWCET Examination 2022: Counselling Procedure

The following stages are involved in the TS LAWCET examination counselling process 2022:

• a. Document Verification
• b. Exercising of Web Options
• c. Release of Allotment List
• d. Downloading of Allotment Letter and Reporting to the College.

Document Verification

The above-listed documents should be verified. Candidates must visit the helpline centre or certificate verification centre and pay the processing fee to participate in the counselling. Candidates must be present at the time mentioned and sign in the register for counselling and then pay the counselling fee.

NOTE: Candidates who have already got their Certificates verified need not attend for Certificate verification once again. They can exercise web options directly.

Exercising Web Options

As per the above-mentioned dates, candidates will have to log in to the official website of TS LAWCET admission and select the web options. The steps to exercise web options are as under:

Steps to Exercise the Web Options:

• 1st Step: Visit the official website to exercise web options.
• 2nd Step: On clicking the link, a login window will appear wherein candidates will have to enter their TS LAWCET 2022 hall ticket number, date of birth, and rank card, and click on the ‘login’ button.
• 3rd Step: On the additional security window, candidates will have to select the platform on which they would like to receive the five-digit pin. Anyone with a “registered mobile” or ‘registered email ID” should be selected. Candidates are advised to keep the pin confidential.
• 4th Step: Candidates will have to enter the pin number on the space given in the security pin window and click on the ‘verify’ button.
• 5th Step: Here, the candidates are required to verify the information which was submitted at the time of registration.
• 6th Step: Click on the ‘I agree’ checkbox, then on the ‘submit’ button, and continue to ‘web options.
• 7th Step: Candidates can click on ‘add options’ so that the list of colleges course-wise, college type, and fee type will appear.
• 8th Step: To select or unselect the colleges, candidates can tick the select/unselect checkboxes. Multiple colleges can be selected from the list.
• 9th Step: Click on the ‘add options’ button to add more colleges.
• 10th Step: After entering the preferences, candidates will have to click on ‘save and continue’ and then on the ‘confirm’ button to save the current options.
• 11th Step: If any changes have to be made with the name of the selected colleges, candidates can click on the ‘back’ button.
• 12th Step: Candidates will then have to click on the ‘final submit’ button to submit the options. After this step, candidates cannot make any changes to the list.
• 13th Step: Download and take a printout of the same for further references.

Release of Allotment List

Based on the options filled by the candidates, TSCHE will process the seat allotment. The seat allotment results of TS LAWCET examination counselling will be published on the official website.

Downloading of Allotment letter and Reporting to the college

After submitting the preferences, candidates will be allotted a college on the basis of the options given by them. The university will also release an allotment list mentioning the names of the candidates and colleges allotted to them. Candidates must download the provisional allotment letter and report to the college by the stipulated deadline.
