November 8, 2024Every year, the Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) conducts the Class 7 exams to assess students’ progress and help them move forward in their academics. The exams are conducted offline. Students must pass the UK Board Class 7 exam to get promoted to Class 8. UBSE is an educational body under the Government of Uttarakhand.
The Board came into existence in 2001 under the Uttarakhand State Government. It primarily involves prescribing curriculum and textbooks for schools in Uttarakhand. The Board is also responsible for conducting exams and publishing the Secondary School Examination results. It has more than 10,000 schools in the state affiliated with it.
According to the guidelines of the Uttarakhand Board, every school evaluates students’ performance and growth by Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE). The UBSE prescribes the pattern for Class 7 and conducts the examinations according to that well-defined pattern. Uttarakhand Board Class 7 students will be assessed on their understanding of the course material through written exams.
