3. A Tibetan refugee migrated to India before Jan 01, 1962 with the intention of permanent citizenship. or,

5. Candidates falling under the condition (I), (II), (III), and (IV) must have a supporting eligibility document issued by Government of India.

• Step 5: Register for the process by entering your name, mobile number, email address, and captcha. Click “Save & Next.”
• Step 6: The system will generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password and send them to the registered email address and by SMS on the  registered mobile number.
• Step 7: Log in with the new credentials and fill all the required details. Ensure that all the information is correct and preview it before submitting.
• Step 8: Click on “Validate Your Details” and then “Save & Next.”
• Step 9: Upload the scanned copies of passport-size photo and signature.
• Step 10: Submit the application by clicking the “Final Submit” button.
• Step 11: Pay the application fee.
• Step 12: After the payment is successful, the registration is complete and candidates can download and save the application form for future reference.
