UP Police Constable Selection Process 2025

There are 4 phases in the selection procedure for hiring UP Police Constable. The four stages are as follows: –

Stage 1: Online Written Exam, 
Stage 2: Document Verification (DV), 
Stage 3: Physical Measurement Test (PMT), and 
Stage 4: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

UP Police Constable Selection Stage 1: Online Written Test

The first stage in UP Police Constable Selection Process is an objective-based written exam. The total duration of this test is 2 hours. Candidates must score the required qualifying marks to make it to the further round of the recruitment process.

Know the steps to practice questions on the UP Police Constable exam below:

• 1st Step: Visit Embibe’s official website, i.e., embibe.com.
• 2nd Step: Use the mobile number/email to log in.
• 3rd Step: Click on the menu bar “Getting a Government Job”. 
• 4th Step: Select the Goal “Defence” from the Dropdown and click on “Next”.
• 5th Step: Search and Select “UP Police Constable” on the search bar and click on “Next”.
• 6th Step: Select the preferred language and click on “Done”.
• 7th Step: Click “Practice” from the Header Section.
• 8th Step: Scroll down to the “Subjects” section.
• 9th Step: Click on any UP Police Constable subjects.
• 10th Step: Scroll down to click on the chapters from the selected subject to begin the practice.

UP Police Constable Selection Stage 2: Document Verification

After passing the written test in the first stage, applicants must have their documentation validated. The documents that will be submitted at the time of registration must be presented by all applicants in the Document Verification round. 

The candidates will be permitted to go on to the next round of the UP Police Constable selection process only after the given documents are declared valid.
